Ovarian cancer is the number four assassin in the medical books. It is a problematic subject in the whole world today, while one hundred and two thousand women are affected by this particular disease, this is just the detected and diagnosed cases of the medical condition, let us not forget to mention the fact that a half of these women will lose their lives just by the end of the year.
The main reasons for its medical development and appariton are a mystery; a mystery that the medical world has been fighting to find out from the nineteen seventies. Since than a lot have changed in our way and in our life style choices, when to globalism and capitalism has managed to show its negative aspects.
Our sedentary life styles has become more and more as an encouragement for the ovarian cancerous disease, not to mention the fast food, junk food, the whole rapid environment we revolve around and all other issues developed by the technology in order to simplify the way we live and do certain hand made problematic house things.

The risk factors are many, but so does other elements which we can not prevent; things like age, gene passing on from a relative (first or even second degree relative can pass on the diseased gene that encourages the cell imbalances in the ovarian region, displacing on the internal tissue of the fallopian tube, the channel used by the egg to travel from the ovary to the womb or uterus).
There are even medical risks for women who had a cancerous history record. When a woman in her yearly twenties had suffered from a breast or other form of cancerous disease (usually the statistics point out that breast cancer patients are more prone to develop a cancerous affection in the ovarian region after a certain amount of time), post menopause problematic health issues, stressful work environment, along with some alimentary or precarious consumption behaviorism.

The ovarian cancer has four stages of development, going up from one to four, all of them being very damaging, but only the last two can really create the negative impact in the body and can lead to imminent death.
The last stage of the cancerous affection that damages the reproductive system and the ovarian region is the most powerful because of the spreading of the tumors which eventually will attack even other organs, most of them vital.
The fourth stage is responsible for two thirds of all cancerous deaths, and in this particular point any kind of treatment method or therapy has little or no effect at all.
There are some known treatment measures but since it is called the ‘silent killer’, the diagnosis is usually set too late and this happens because the lack of symptomatic states, which in any other disease appears in the development stage.
